Best Tuk Tuk in Sri Lanka
All the amazing reviews made me book Tuk Tuk Safari in the first place and I was not disappointed. 3 hours in a Tuk Tuk sounds like a lot, but the time went by quickly and the drive was so enjoyable. We stopped and saw so many animals and plants that we never would have seen without our knowledgeable driver. Great tuktuk experience to Kataragama
Via Ansa we arrange a tuk tuk ride from Arugam bay to Kataragama. On the way our driver Ishak was very helpful and nice. Also he kept very calm and safe, even when we had to pass 7 elephants in a row on the main road. Was an amazing experience! Thanks guys!

59 crocodiles. 12 elephants. Need I say more? No, but I will. I would definitely go again and recommend to anyone in the area! The guides were friendly and knowledgeable and at that price you can’t really go wrong. 10/10.
Great tuk tuk safari
We did a tuk tuk safari late afternoon in the Arugam Bay area. The guys know exactly where to go. So loads of crocodiles and elephant guaranteed and a beautiful sunset! Absolutely worth it!

25 crocodiles, 4 elephants, a cobra, a bunch of monkeys, and all the birds in Sri Lanka later…. an amazing experience and a very successful Tuk Tuk safari. Drivers were loads of fun and new all the best spots, a really great afternoon! Highlight of my trip to A-Bay!
Nice tuk tuk safari with people who care for animals
We really enjoyed the tour, the guy knew where to find crocodile. Here no jeeps, only nature and a few tuktuk. The Panama area is splendid and quiet. We saw crocodiles and even elephants. Very nice experience that we recommend.
I took both the tuk tuk safari and lagoon safari ..both delivered on promises of elephants, crocodiles as well as many species of birds, monkeys and reptiles .. a lovely way to spend some peaceful time in this part of Sri Lanka
Tuktuk Safari
We booked the Tuktuk Safari in off season by e-mail.
Tuktuk Safari is basically a tuktuk ride to Panama basin (near Arugam Bay, no national park) with stops for animals on the way (next to the road). There are some stones were monkeys gather, a spot were crocodiles gather and the basin is the place were elephants gather if its not wet season. At this time of year (wet season) you barely see elephants because the basin is full of water. Additionally we saw lots of peacock and other birds. If you had good eyes you could have imagined to see an elephant in the very distance on the other side of the basin.
As refreshment we got chocolate, milk and biscuits.
The driver is a nice and patient man with decent English.
